  1. A hypothesis must be potentially falsifiable to be accepted as scientific on the first place.

If fully supported by the evidence it may move to the level of a theory.

  2. there has to be able for a scientific hypothesis  to be tested to be accepted or not. If there is no way to test it, then it won't be accepted.

  3. If there's no way to prove it wrong (not that it hasn't yet been proved wrong, but literally no way to test it) it's not considered scientific in the least, even in the form of a hypothesis.

  4. That would be a theory. The only things that are truly excepted are laws which are empirical and are widely accepted by proffesional scientist.

  5. A hypothesis is really a suggestion for further inquiry that can be tested.  A hypothesis is  NOT accepted to be true if there is no test showing it is false.  For a hypothesis to be accepted as a scientific theory, it must be tested with experimental evidence, and the evidence must support the hypothesis.

  6. if there is NO leigimate evidence against the hypothesis than it is a theory

if it is tested and widely accepted it becomes a law

if it is tested and fails tests it is rejected

  7. No it is just considered a theory or a theorem until proven or disproven
