Is a scooter fun to ride?

i have a new scooter but before i want to make sure the people like it first so i don't spend my money that i didn't like

The thing with scooters and other things you get around on two wheels that are on the little bitty small side is they are missing the gyroscopic effect you get out of a bigger wheel.   This effect tends to keep you up on the thing you are riding.

I love my scooter, I only ride it on side streets though, I don't trust busy traffic

don't worry...people will accept you for who you are...even if you're on a scooter.  try not to be so self conscious...it's not good for you.

Yes they are pretty cool. Bikes are too common in my opinion, but if you ride a scooter, you can be more unique! Plus there are tons of cool tricks you can do on a scooter.

it depends on personal preference personally i <3 scooters but others dont you should find somewhere where you can rent one first to see if you like it

Why bother asking other people?   You should try it to find out if you like it for yourself.  No one else is you.

But you probably will enjoy it.  It's hard not to enjoy riding a scooter.

nah, bikes are better and faster just more expensive

Take your friends to the store with you and have them pick out the one they like for you.  Also have them buy your clothes and dress you in the morning.  That's what I do.
