Are the single family unit(s) listed in this section 8 property listing homes? I'm confused.

    Just trying to be clear :)

    A single family residence means a house, affixed to the land, not sharing walls, and without any common areas(like a shared pool or tennis court). A single family residence not an apartment, trailer or a condo.  


  2. Yes, a single family unit is an independent house that is not attached to a neighbor's house. (As opposed to a duplex, which has 2 homes sharing a wall, or a quadruplex, which has 4 homes attached or an apartment building with numerous units.)

    single family home (SFR)

    Condo

    Townhome

    Duplex

    Flat (like, 2 flat, you rent a flat.)

    i would be guessing to say that is a house...the address reads like a house tho.
