  1. singularity isn't either

it describes a point where quantities which are used to measure gravitational field are infinite.

a boson are particles which have an integer spin

    whilst fermions have half-integer spin

  2. A singularity just means something that does not occupy space.  No one has been able to find a radius for the electron (which is a fermion).  But a singularity itself is not a particle.  The question is more like "are there any bosons or fermions that are singularities?".  This question is much like if i asked this: "is music a guitar or headphones?".

A boson and fermion are just names for particles that obey different statistical physics
