Is a size 2 at American Eagle Considered Small?

I know size 2 is supposed to be pretty small, but is a size 2 at AE any different? It seems larger than normal. Also, what about a size 2 at Abercrombie?

Iknow what you mean! I got a size 4 there (without trying them on) and they literally fall off me :(

Size 2 at AE is bigger than a size 2 at some other stores but it's still small.

sizw two is always small. i am six foot and wear an eight or a six nad people say thats small..i dont think so but yeah two is pretty much as small as a zero.
