No, it takes constant vigilance and hard work. There are all types of problems that come up daily, weekly with employees, customers, suppliers and more. You have to watch every thing and keep control of every aspect of the business from expenses to keeping quality employees and building your customer base.

You need to have extra capitol for those down turns in the economy and slow times when no profit is coming in.

I have a small $2+ shop been running it for 8mths.Have grown it substantially in that time.It has taken alot of hard work to get it to it's present point in time.We now have a good lot of suppliers and all is going well and yes it is getting easier to run day by day just in the same way as you get into a routine it just gets easier.By the way my partner and I have had no previous business experience before this,a challenge yes enjoyable yes  being self employed awesome.Highly recommend it.
