  1. There won't be such thing, anytime; MTV is an experiment initiated in the mid 70's and in full run in the 80's; it's goal has been achieved: masses control.

  2. I think people have become too lazy and too dumb to do anything about it.

  3. Well, "loves-naps", how old are you? Your pretentiousness and ignorance show exactly what is wrong with the world right now. One generation is not worse than another. Times are changing, people are changing... get a life and stop crying about things that you shouldn't be crying over.

  4. I sure hope not.  The generations seem to be getting worse and worse. Even music and some movies are getting worse too. No imagination.

  5. hmm good question...are the generations to come hopeless, or will they come to terms with common sense...

well, if you think in terms of revaluation, you can say that it has occurred - the values changed, for the worse (from our perspective) but they changed. somehow though i think that at some point there will come a smarter generation that will be tired of the shallowness and will  return to deeper levels of significance. i mean, a generation as a whole, because even now there are exceptions to this "plastic" trend, but their voices are insignificant in a multitude of "behaviour trends": girly makeup-y glam, or emo, or whatever form of social self-definition you can think of...

one step we can take to change the future - educate our children to be what we would like the world to be :)

  6. Social revaluation occurs all the time.  Maybe not in the values that you specifically hold dear.  My examples would include the acceptance of mixed race marriages as well as children of unmarried parents.  There was a time, not that long ago, that these groups were badly treated not only by society but law as well.

  7. The art of politics is to persuade others to do, or NOT do something, without resorting to force.

utilitarianism or Raw ls contact ?

Dependent  on Ur point of view ?
