Is a sony amp 1000 watt go good with other subs?

will the sony1000 watt amp sound good with another sub. and how does it sound with the sony sub is it ok.

my brother has the same amp hooked up to a 12in kick comp sq in a blazer u can hear it for block its bad ***

Sony is not the best of car audio equiptment unless it is their premium line, which is hard to come by. If it says xplod on it, then it needs to do just that. Yes it is less expensive than some other brands but the quality is just not there. Do yourself a favor and invest in something better.... such as Alpine, Infinity, Kicker, or Rockford Fosgate. you will be happier in the long run....and people who know what they are looking at and listening to will not make fun of you....lol
