  7. Yes, breaking the speed limit is a traffic violation.  It's not the end of the world.  Unless your insurance company has a reason to check your moving violation record, they might not even find out about it.

    Paul E is wrong, you don't have to disclose it to them, they find out they have the right to pull your motor vehicle report.
