  1. No, because it only pays for your house. Sorry :(

  2. If there is theft coverage on your policy, most likely it IS covered.  HOWEVER, the person that gets paid, is the named insured on the policy.  AND, the deductible applies.  So if you've filed a police report, assuming you've got signs of forcible entry, AND, a very low deductible, or a high deductible and a LIST of stolen stuff, not a problem.

If you have a high deductible, it's probably higher than the ipod is worth.  If there's no forcible entry, you're probably not going to be able to prove the theft.   And mysterious disappearance is NOT covered.

  3. Chances are your deductible is higher than what it would cost to just replace the ipod.

  4. no.

  5. DUDE homewonders insurance only pays for ur house.

  6. yes

  7. If you have contents coverage on your homeowners policy - most policies cover theft.

(It all depends on the policy form  you have).

You will have to file a police report.

Also, your deductible will apply. There is a good chance that your deductible will be higher than the value of the Ipod.  If the Ipod was the only thing stolen...it's probably not worth filing a claim.

  8. not if its not documented, otherwise it is dependent on many things, h**l your deductible might be more than the i pod is worth

  9. yes if it was stolen out of your house but if not then no!

  10. It should if you has house hold contense insurance. But then again trying to get anything from an insurance company is like trying to get blood from a stone. well that's what is it like here in Australia.

  11. Anything that's stolen out of a home should be covered.

  12. problmly
