In Mexico, home of the original and only taco, there is no such thing as a stuffed taco, because the word taco implies a rolled or folded up tortilla with a filling.

You can stuff gorditas and  poblano peppers. Definitely not tacos. At least not here.

Yes, a stuffed taco is the same as a regular taco only it is better because it is stuffed.  Get it?  I don't care, I will eat any taco.  Got taco?  That would be a great ad campaign for a taco company, hey it works for milk, why not tacos?

i haven't heard of a  stuffed taco although here we have stuffed cheese crisp or stuffed quesadillas they have meat lettuce, tomatoes onion & of course cheese & salsa. after it is made then fold it in half
