  3. Nope you have to have atleast 2 children before that and also shes still a minor plus i believe they do that when a female is in their 20s

  4. I feel kind of dumb disagreeing with most people here, but yes. In my state anyways I know it is a yes. It might vary from state to state though.

  6. Nope. A lot of people believe otherwise, but it just isn't true. If the teen mom MARRIES, then she is emancipated. In some states, a pregnant teen is allowed to marry without parental permission if she is at least 16.

    Very few judges will emancipate a teen unless they are being abused. I know of only one example and it was years ago; the abuser (her mother) was arrested and jailed after giving her two black eyes while 6 months pregnant. Today, there are actually foster parents who specialize in taking in threatened, pregnant teens, so it is less likely to occur.
