  1. It is recycleable in a reuseable sense.  You can use broken pieces to line to bottom of another pot to facilitate good drainage.  Very small pieces can be used to break up soil with a lot of clay allowing more air in.  Broken pieces can be use in the creation of garden walls, etc.


  2. its recyclable in the sense that the materials will break down quickly in the freeze thaw cycle of the outdoors, returning the materials to the earth.

    it is not something that is going to go to you local landfill for processing and re-manufacture
