They are pretty much like all of the other scooters manufactured in China and Taiwan.  The important thing, Is there a local dealer you can go to for parts and service?  If there is no local dealer and you have a mechanical problem most shops will not work on your scooter because they can't get parts.  If there is no local dealer, it is not a good buy, it is more like, "Now I've got your money, good by and don't bother me again."
