4X100 is a swim relay just some say it as 400 free relay or 400 IM relay, no big. AND if that is a free split on a 100 that is good. In fly breast or back... rock on with you swim-self! (aka you are really good)

ignore the above answer, she thinks you are talkig about swimming. For running, id say that is pretty decent,but i dont run or have any experience with runing. Try asking ur question under the running section.

I'm 100% sure that you meant to ask this under the Running section. That's not a bad time really. It could be better, but its not bad. Ignore anyone here who thinks you're talking about swimming.
