But topless male is not equvalent to topless famale.

It is not the same.  When she is topless then She is naked anyway.

So in some way she is naked despite she has panties,because women are not men.

That's why men have nipples.  

For the world in general, a topless female is equivalent to a topless male.  But in the United States a topless female is looked down upon.  Not sure why though.

no, silly.  u could see a womans b***s when shes breastfeeding, but could never see a naked man in public like that.  obviosuly they are not the same.  it would only be the same if u are seeing the v****a on the female & the p***s on the male ♥♥♥

Not at all.  A topless female isn't all that much different than a topless male.  The only difference, really, is that we usually have larger b*****s.  Beyond that there really is no difference.

The thought that womens' b*****s are somehow shameful and should be covered is so old fashioned, but unfortunately most places in the US still see things that way.  Luckily I live in a state (new York) that had the sense to change their laws to women's benefit.  If a man can go topless somewhere in this state, so can I.  I wish it was that way everywhere.
