  1. yea youll gain about 3 pounds but if you r very light go for it if your sensitive about your self the get a salad


  2. well, maybe once a year is alright but if you eat that everyday or even every week.....your arterties are most likely not happy with you.

  16. One probably won't hurt you, but a steady diet of this type of food certainly will.  It's loaded with fat, sodium, cholesterol and calories--none of which are good in excess.  

    Ask the restaurant for a nutrition guide and you can see for yourself exactly what you are putting into your body.

  21. It is fairly bad, but mainly it isn't so bad if you exercise and work out often. If you exercise enough, it will really even out how much you pig out on.
