  1. Frogs are amphibians. They develop from eggs which are laid in water, hatch out as tadpoles which swim in water and breathe with gills.  They grow legs, develop lungs and become frogs through  their metamorphosis. Frogs have wet skin and can also absorb oxygen through their skin.

Turtles are reptiles.  They hatch out of leathery eggs that are buried on land, they come out as small turtles. They grow larger, always breathing with lungs, and have scaly skin.
