my husband is in the plasterers union and I need to know if it would be a subsidized or unsubsidized job or employment

  1. Not sure what you mean?  Being in the union does not guarantee him a job.  Any company bidding on certain jobs must employ union workers.  Your husband would be paid the union scale. Union dues would be deducted from his check.
