  1. This question has been answered several hundred times in the past month.

    NO... you do not need a passport when traveling BY LAND... you do need a passport if you are flying or returning the the U.S. by boat.  The passport requirement has been moved back to June 2008

  5. What is wrong with this question? It has appeared multiple times, asked and answered. Get the doggone passport now, the latest news is it will be required mid-summer. You've been notified for more than a year. See US government sites.
