  1. I don't know how right this is or not but a top solicitor in Melbourne told my mother and myself that after a will has been dealt with by executors it becomes part of public record and anyone can request to look at it.  I don't know what channels you would have to go through to do so.

    Who can retrieve a person's Will Document?

    Only those persons who are listed as the Nominated Representative or Professional Service Provider (PSP) of a person's Will Document can retrieve that document.

    If you are unsure who is a person's Nominated Representative or PSP, perform a search for the individual's Will Document and contact them.
