Is a womans kindness and love need based ?

Do women have two sides , one kind and loving reserved for good looking , wealthy and socially clever people and one evil bbitchy side reserved for quiet , ugly , loners and socially inept people ? Is my observation wrong ?

Love is a need of nearly very human.

There are PEOPLE who are two-sided in the way you describe. Not all people are like this.

It's simply not true that ALL women are as you describe. If this is your observation, then maybe you keep pushing your attentions where they aren't welcome. Every civilized person accepts "No" for an answer.

Your observation is horribly wrong and horribly biased on many things other than gender.  Your answer is no, a woman or mans kindness and love is not need based for the reasons you cited.

Jeez, you imply that a women cannot act kindly to anyone that is not good-looking, wealthy, and socially clever. Yes, I think your observation is incorrect. If a person is truly kind, the outer trappings that you mention would not be an influence.
