s***n can have a yellowish tinge to it, so it is difficult to know strictly from the colour. Even after several washes, brown or grey s***n stains could remain. There are however, products available on the Internet to definitively test for s***n.

Please note that the presence of a s***n stain on underwear is not a reliable indication of any specific sexual activity. s***n can seep from the p***s hours after an ejaculation; it can dry on the tip of the p***s shortly after ejaculation, trapping additional s***n in the urethra that later leaks out when the dried s***n cracks open. Thus a s***n stain on underwear could be the result of intercourse, masturbation, or even a nocturnal emission.
