Dude. I have asked this question over 5 times... is ab punching bad for your abs??? Good? Or Bad? Answer my question dangit!

  1. In that sense, yes its bad.

    It just looks kinda stupid.

    I thought you were talking about hitting your abs when you do sit ups... which is fine and tones you better.


  2. Yes.  It could cause internal bleeding-VERY BAD!

    At least, I think it can.  I wouldn't recommend it anyway.
