ok so im my dance 1 class we are doing high kicks across the floor...im guessing everytime we have dance class..(A and B day schedule) so should i work on my high kicks 10 mins a day? or should i do longer? more than once...what?i can get a 90 degree angle...maybe a little higher than that. also how can i get in the splits very quickly? cause we try to do them when we have dance to go along with our 30 min stretch out...and lots of girls can do them and then the other half cant...so yeah i would like to be realy close to the splits.thanks!!
