  1. it is a combination of both.  

    it is also caused by stress, lack of nutrition.

    Eat healthy, plenty of fruit and veggies,  

    Avoid soda, drink a lot of water

    limit sweets.

    avoid fried food

    Exercise, to get rid of stress, and try to avoid stressful situations

    ( I know sometimes they can't be avoided)  keep hair off face, use a gentle cleanser, also,  change your pillow case every day, that also keeps your skin nice.


  2. my dermatoligist says that that myth about eating is NOT TRUE!! thoush my mom says that when she eats chocolate her zits get worse,, but i think she just doesnt want me to eat chocolate! ;) and of course hormonal changes!! that why all of the teens have zits.
