Is adcarjobs legit? Has anybody heard of them?

Nope.  I know people personally who paid the fee and they send you a membership login and password so you can get access to their database. Once they have the membership fee, they terminate your login and there is no way of contacting them, even though they state on their website that they would give you a 100% refund if you are not satisfied.

I have also read blogs and articles that people have experienced the same thing.

Its too good to be true!
