it is fine to take if you are an adult. but if you're taking it from your kid i have one thing to say. "STOP IT!" my mom used to take mine and she ended up being a cook for a long freakin time.

It would only be safe if you had adhd and were perscribed the medication. If you don't have adhd and take it, it would be similar to taking speed, because it elevates your blood pressure and causes restless, and racing heart beat. Taking this medication if you don't need it would not be safe...you would be risking a heart attack or stroke.
