No. Aerosol helps block ultra violet radiation, X-ray and act as a thick blanket to trap the heat in our atmosphere. Without aerosol, our planet would be too cold.

E.g. Without greenhouse gases, our planet average temperature would drop to negative. So who say that aerosol is bad?

Many have been saying this for ages. Unless much mistaken some aerosols have already been taken off the market, and even medicines such as Albuterol aerosols will be changed somehow according to recet information of medicine packages.
