You can also send an e-mail agenda.  They can print it themselves if they'd like.

A written agenda is always a good idea for a meeting.

Having your agenda on paper makes it easier to reference at a glance and make amends as required.

An alternative would be to have it on a centralized intranet so that corrections / updates can be made in real time and alerts be sent to attending members well in advance.
