Question:

Is agion safe on human skin (including the face)?

I was wondering if agion would be safe to lightly spray on my face for acne. I'm mainly asking the biology community because I am not sure of any side effects or complications with applying silver ions on a human's face.

They use agion in plastics and metals...

example:

Here are some sources of reading material:

Here's a spray that I was thinking of...but maybe this is an unsafe version of agion (or maybe it IS safe!?) and there would be another version that's safer for human skin?...I dunno...you tell me:

even a nice youtube video for those with short attention spans and hate reading:

I'm mainly targetting well-versed biologists and not kiddies looking to score points on Yahoo! Answers. I hope I get a helpful response as this site is also used as a resource for other mature human beings. Thanks.

  1. Make sure to keep it out of your eyes. Maybe you could dab it on your pimples with a Q-tip or a cloth and it would be much safer than spraying.
