Is aiims good hospital for general public....?

Question

I know aiims is premier hospital and institute .... but is this true for only VIP treatments or true for all ordinary citizens for the country ...

would u go for surgery there if you were an ordinary citizen ....

anyone who knows about the facilities there ... please do respond....
