  1. i think it is equal in a cold and hot climate (please pick me for best answer)

  2. About the same but smog is usually worse in a warm climate.

ex. Los Angeles and Mexico City.

  3. Indonesia has proved they can kill more people in the hot weather.

  4. Both temperatures.

  5. i think it depends on the wind. if its a cold windy day then the wind blows away some of the fog. if its a hot breezy day than it probably blows away some of the fog too. but air pollution sucks either way.

  6. Hot, because I always see spare the air days in the summer, at least in California.

  7. It can be either, generally an area under high pressure results in emissions from automobiles and factories becoming trapped under the dome of high pressure. This condition prevents the pollutants from mixing very well in the atmosphere which results in ozone/smog alerts.

  8. it's more of amont of pecipatation then it's comeing back to earth.

                                                   :(

  9. i think its the same

but if there had to be one different id pick warm ;)

  10. i think its about the same (pick me as best answer)
