No. It is a scam. Never respond to any unsolicited emails about job offers. The money you send will all end up in the pockets of a thief.

Canadian hotel chains all have their jobs and offers for employment listed on their actual websites. You can apply from there if you want a job in a hotel.

A good way to tell if it is a scam: If the email address listed is a yahoo, msn, gmail, or other free email service account, then it is probably a scam. Valid emails would be sent from an account like "[e-mail]" or something similar. See the links I attached below for some websites that are valid hotel chains.

But I would go so far as to say don't even trust MY links if you are security concious...search for valid ones yourself by typing "hotels canada" and locate the OFFICIAL sites for some of the major chains. It is the only way you can be sure that even I am not redirecting you to a fake site.

I remember an Alberta Hotel in Edmonton, it was an older hotel (read a hotel for rubbies) in a less desirable area (you didn't walk at night in the area), and I don't know if it still stands.  Part of the sign was burnt out for years, so at night you would see "ALB   A   HOTEL"

I don't think they would be doing any international employee search even if they still existed.
