Is album artwork free on itunes?

If you buy the music from itunes the album art comes automatically with the song/album.

If you have imported a cd album to your itunes and itunes says that the artwork is unavailable then you can add it yourself.

If this happens to me, i find the picture by google images, copy the image and then right click on the song and select get info and then click on the album art tab and paste the pic.
