Is all mineral water carbonated?

Is there any mineral water that just tastes like plain water? Every mineral water I've tried has carbonation or something (I open the bottle, it makes the hissing sound like I've opened a soda) and tastes gross to me.

Mineral water started off as being carbonated. It did not matter if the carbonation was natural or added. Even with all of the different types of water they have been introducing over recent years and all of the changes that seems to have been kept standard. Even when companies add stuff to water, including minerals it technically is not mineral water without the carbonation.

In the UK we have two types of mineral water they are called still or sparkling, I agree that the sparkling ones are disgusting, some names that do still that come to mind that may be available wherever you are Volvic and Evian good luck.
