yes! its brilliant! amazingly cheap for books and dvds too. theyre the best, really!

Once i spent a few hundred on amazon (though i use co.uk) and the seller sent me the item and it wasnt as good as i thought it would be so i sent it back, the seller had a problem with that but their brand of multimedia players were rubbish, the thing had a scratch and a dent (though listed as new) and the battery life wasnt brilliant, so yes, i sent it back, the company werent happy, but amazon made them give me my money back, it was all very easy and great.

otherwise, Ive had no problems. of course the problem i did have wasnt amazons fault, but it was swiftly solved by amazon.

i buy all my books, dvds and cds from there, brilliantly cheap

Up to now haven't had any probs., perhaps when you're familiar with it can be quite straightforward!....
