Like I had mentioned on an earlier comment about his comany.  They are very legitimate in the fact that they helped me get my loan modified, they were thorough, and I actually drove all the way out too Long Island to there office in Uniondale and they had a ton of people running around the office which soothed me that they weren't just another fly by night scam company.

The American Modification Agency actually gives people a second chance,  that are behind on their payments, in situations where the value is lower then the amount owed, or currently in foreclosure.

The end result, the new loan could be at a lower interest rate - fixed for 30 years.  Doing a loan modification is will cost less then a refinance.
