Is an American blockbuster movie in English speaking Countries considered a foreign movie?

I'm not sure. But, if a British film that did well was released here, would it be considered a foreign film?

If I understand correctly......  Yes an American movie released in England would be considered a foreign film.  I think it has more to do with was is acceptable for certain ratings, as much as the language spoken in a movie.  As most of us are aware,  over in England,  it's perfectly normal to print pictures of topless women in the newspapers.  So,  it would still be considered a foreign film, and also a film made in England and released here would be considered foreign as well.
