When seeing homes listed as "Estate Sale" - what does that mean? Is it a fast process for the buyer?

The seller probably listed it that way to get your attention. The sale could take a long time to go through if their are many liens on the property, if the heirs are not in agreement, or haven't all been found. Talk to the agent who listed the property, or to the attorney responsible for the estate for more information on this house.
