Is an IQ of 105 good for a 13 year old?

well the average IQ is 100, so you are about average.  But I wouldn't say your a genius because scientists estimate that Albert Einsteins's IQ to have been between 160-180.

Also if you took an "IQ test" online, it propbably isn't very reliable.  Andyour IQ isn't very important because you don't need a good IQ to get into college or get a good job.

In the USA, IQ is measured as

70 or below=mentally challenged

100=average intelligence

140+=genius level

A gradient differentiation (change) of 15 points from level to level is considered significant.  Meaning, if 100 is perfectly average, then 115 would be the next level of intelligence.  It would indicate high achieving, but not giftedness for example.  A score of 85 would show a dullness of mind, perhaps what we would call a slow person, but not retarded.

The original scale developed in 1916:

Over 140 - Genius or near genius

120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence

110 - 119 - Superior intelligence

90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence

Be careful about IQ tests, however.  Only a psychologist is capable of giving you a true IQ score.  He/she would look at a variety of tests and give you an average score.  It is well known that humans have multiple intelligences and a low score in one area would not stop you from being a genius in another.  Disregard online tests.  These should be considered "just for fun".  They are usually inflated (higher than they should be) because they try to put all types of tests into one test.
