Is an ISIC card a valid piece of id when going to a bar?

Each province regulates their own rules.  Here in BC you have to provide 2 pieces of id.  My understanding is your ISIC card might cut it as the secondary piece of id, but not your primary piece.  You need government issued photo ID like a passport or drivers license for that.

I remember college.  All kinds of kids tampered with their student ID.  Thus they became notoriously faked and unacceptable.  If the card looks easy to fake, it is not accepted.
