  1. Sorry. In IL you must apply to get a Firearm Owners Identification Card or FOID card. One of the musts to get one is that you are not a felon. Sorry man. And Good luck.

  3. who cares if your eligible, you shouldn't get one because you are obviously an idiot if you have a felony....

  4. Nope, now if you can get your record expunged then your rights are restored, it's expensive and you have to meet certain criteria but if the felony is old, non violent and while you were a youth you can perhaps get it expunged and have your right restored
