Is an Iron horse Manny or Hood BMX good for beginners?

I'm looking to take up the hobby of Street/Freestyle BMXing. I was looking up BMXs at local sport shops. Shops such as Sportchek and I have asked them what BMXs they have. They said they have Ironhorse Manny and Ironhorse Hood BMXs. They are about $150 - 200. Are these bikes any good for beginners. T

I would suggest brand along the lines of Kink, Stolen, and Eastern. They have some excellent bikes for beginners. I would also suggest taking a look at the site http://bmxunlimited.com/ They have some useful information for those who are new to the world of BMX.
