Is an auction for the company you work for good?

Anybody please help the company I work for is going up for auction because thet filed for Ch11 Is this good or bad for me

You need to be more clear, who needs help?

Is it you? (then the question should be "Anybody please help, the company I work for is going up ..."(

Is it your employer? (then the question should have been "Anybody please help the company I work for, It's going up for auction ..."

To answer your last question, you need to give more information.

Does your company have a profitable business? (it might only face temporarily financial difficulties because it's unable to obtain financing) then there might be no problem, otherwise I'm afraid you might have a problem.

Note that it's chapter 11 (not chapter 13), which means they are going to reorganize and only ask for temporarly protection from their creditors. They might want to negotiate lower salaries.
