Question:

Is an avocado a fruit or a vegetable?

I wud consider it a vegetable but vegetables aren't suppose to have seeds so is it a fruit?.... then it takes me to cucumbers... they have seeds. So wouldn't they be a fruit also?

An avocado would be a fruit because vegetables dont always have fruit.. sometimes they might like in cucumbers but its rare... like a tomato ... it has seeds and it could be a fruit but it really is a vegetable.. again.. its rare but an avocado is one of them and so are cucumbers.. hope this helped =]

    Fruit doesn't necessarily have to be sweet to be called a fruit.

    I love avacado. If somethings taste good then who cares what group it belongs to. Fruit or vegetable, its something that we humans made up in my opinion. The important thing is that it tast so good.
