Is an enV2 vx9100 ''get it now'' enabled?

I've been looking through all of these different apps and stuff for an enV2, but not sure if it's get it now enabled, (I might be getting this phone, so it helps to know)

Yes it is, but you have to pay for airtime unless you get a plan that includes it.
