Is an engine block warmer standard equipment on a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 5.9 liter Cummins diesel?

the block warmer is and is on the front passenger side of the engine just left of the oil filter. however, the block warmer is an option on the vehicle. if you can not find a cord, similar to an extension cord, plumbed up to the front of the truck than you don't have the option. you need to find or buy a block heater cord and simply just plug it in and run it to a desired location. all cummins engines have the heater element and the option is the cord.
