  1. injection are better because it goes into your blood faster.

  2. It all depends on how well the medication is absorbed by the GI tract. For poorly absorbed medications an injection will result in much higher concentrations. For medications that are completely absorbed, the injection will work faster but is not technically stronger.

  3. That's a good question.  I would say that it depends on what it is.   I get the needle injection if my pills don't work and I feel better afterwards.  But I have to go to the hospital to get them.

  4. what kind of injection?  IV is quicker acting and more potent than pills but also doesn't have as long lasting effects.  SQ or IM injections tend to take a while to take effect( 20-40 minutes) but does tend to have better effect than tablets in certain circumstances.  But somebody who take morphine for pain would take 2-4 mg IV or SQ but would take a 40mg dose by mouth

  5. not stronger but the inj. will work faster than a pill

  6. no,same dosage, injection is merely a direct shot to the blood system, whereas a pill has to be digested and break down in order to enter the blood stream.
