  1. I know of no law that says foul (not fowl) language invalidates an insurance claim

  2. Does the person go CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK? That is the only fowl langage I know besides bird calls. If you mean foul language it still should not matter. You are supposed to be grown up enough to not respond to it.

  3. Why would that matter?  If you were at fault for an accident, you are responsible for the damages you caused.  The foul language was likely the result of the accident, not the cause of the accident.

  4. Fowl language?  You mean they cluck like a chicken?  Of did you mean foul?

fowl (n.) Any of various birds of the order Galliformes, especially the common, widely domesticated chicken (Gallus gallus).

foul (adj.) Offensive to the senses; revolting.

But no, if you caused damage that someone has a claim against you for that damage, the fact you don't like their speech doesn't make the claim go away.  You can of course only communicate through your insurance company, and then you won't have to put up with it.

  5. we live in the "grown-up" world now and sometimes people talk differently than you... F*** you you're at fault!!!
